All orders are shipped within two business days from the time received.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground for delivery of your order. The price is determined by the weight of the package and the delivery address. There is also an option to pickup your item(s) at the Panther Den during business hours (M-F, 8-12, 1-4). You will be required to include a shipping address for this option, but rest assured we will hold your item for you in the school store.
Returns & Exchanges
All items must be returned in original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return items in original packaging including all inserts within 30 days of date of purchase. NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless we determine that the product is being exchanged due to manufacturer's defect. Mail your item(s) to: Princeton Day School
